• Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and any renewal.

Billing & Cancellation:

• Subscription fees and any other charges will be billed to your payment method on the specific billing date.
• You can update your payment method via your account settings. Failure to settle payments may result in suspension of service.
• You may cancel your membership at any time. You may use any remaining membership credits until the end of the current billing period.
• All paid credits will remain in your account.
• Inactive accounts, those with no logins for 365 days, will be removed. Any credits in these accounts at the time of removal are forfeited.
• Rollover credits accrued through purchases do not expire; however, they are valid only while your membership remains active. Upon cancellation or termination of your membership, any unused rollover credits will be forfeited.
